The drive through bus wash system consists of one top brush and six side brushes. The seven-brush design ensures speed and results. The bus wash system is suitable for high-traffic areas and vehicles that need heavy cleaning. The bus wash system can clean 20-25 trucks per hour and is able to clean under the side mirrors.

EVA foam brushes The bus wash system employs EVA foam brushes，which have gentle and soft brush hair that prevent damage to car paint. The foam brushes also clean with high efficiency and reduces noise by isolating sound caused by friction between brush hair and car paint.
Durable water system The 304 stainless steel spray pipes and the high-pressure soft tubes are pressure-resistant, chemical-resistant and highly-durable.
PLC control Mitsubishi PLC system enables integrated modular control. The efficient integrated board design brings higher resistance to interference and easier diagnosis and maintenance.
Photoelectric sensors Three pairs of photoelectric sensors are installed on both sides of the entrance to detect the moving vehicles.
Pneumatic swing-arm top brush A pneumatic swing-arm top brush design is used to bring more stability.
Wrap-around large vertical brushes Pneumatic wrap-around large vertical brushes are safely installed to clean the sides and rear end of the vehicle. The vehicle’s rear end can travel past the centerline for thorough cleaning.
Small vertical brushes Two small vertical brushes are installed to wash the front and the bottom of the vehicle. The vehicle’s front end can travel past the centerline for thorough cleaning.
Limit switch Limit switches are installed to ensure vehicle’s safe advancing in the cleaning area.
