Drive Through Bus Wash System

The 6-brush drive through bus wash system can wash 20-25 buses per hour, and is suitable for heavy-traffic situations. The bus wash system can wash a vehicle’s front, back and both sides and is especially suitable for public transport vehicles with top-mounted equipment such as trams.

SITI motor The drive through bus wash system is equipped with Italian-made, water-resistant and durable motor from SITI.
EVA foam brushes The bus wash system employs EVA foam brushes，which have gentle and soft brush hair that prevent damage to car paint. The foam brushes also clean with high efficiency and reduces noise by isolating sound caused by friction between brush hair and car paint.
High-speed service The bus wash system can serve 20-25 buses per hour, with entering speed of 2 km/h.
Highly-sensitive photoelectric sensors Three pairs of photoelectric sensors are installed on both sides of the entrance to detect the moving vehicles.
Large vertical brushes Four wrap-around large vertical brushes are safely installed to clean the sides and rear end of the vehicle. The vehicle’s rear end can travel past the centerline for thorough cleaning.
Small vertical brushes Two small vertical brushes are installed to wash the front and the bottom of the vehicle. The vehicle’s front end can travel past the centerline for thorough cleaning.
Limit switch Limit switches are installed to ensure vehicle’s safe advancing in the cleaning area.
